Commercial Refrigeration Technicians & Restaurant Equipment Technicians — We're Looking for You!

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts (CCRC) is hiring an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to repair and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, restaurant equipment, and hot-side kitchen equipment across our restaurants throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

If you have experience with walk-in coolers, daiquiri machines, freezers, ice machines, HVAC/R systems, fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, or other commercial foodservice equipment, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment while supporting some of New Orleans' most recognized restaurants.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, reach-in refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and daiquiri machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, and other hot-side equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment life.
• Diagnose electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
• Respond promptly to service calls across multiple restaurant locations.
• Maintain accurate repair records and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and EPA regulations related to refrigerant handling.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration, restaurant equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R systems, foodservice equipment, grocery refrigeration, or similar commercial mechanical equipment .
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize service calls, and solve problems efficiently.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills when supporting restaurant management and operations teams.

Equipment Experience We Value

• Experience servicing commercial equipment such as walk-in coolers, reach-ins, ice machines, daiquiri machines, fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, or similar foodservice equipment is highly valued. Experience with brands such as True, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Frymaster, Pitco, Vulcan, Garland, Hobart, TurboChef, Rational , or comparable commercial equipment is a plus.
