Operations Administrator – Private Duty Home CareLocation: Sarasota, FL Salary: $125,000–$130,000 Schedule: Full-time, onsitePosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to oversee the day-to-day functions of a growing private duty home care agency.This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for billing, caregiver staffing, scheduling, office management, employee accountability, client service, and administrative processes.The Administrator will coordinate operations across multiple offices while working from one primary Sarasota location. Routine travel between office locations is not required.Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily agency operations and administrative functions

• Manage billing, accounts receivable follow-up, payroll coordination, and related workflows
• Lead caregiver staffing, scheduling, coverage, and continuity-of-care efforts
• Manage and support office staff and department leaders
• Coordinate consistent operational processes across multiple offices
• Address staffing, billing, client, caregiver, and administrative concerns
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee retention
• Partner with clinical leadership to support quality care and regulatory compliance
• Help establish scalable processes as the organization continues to growQualifications• Private duty home care experience is required
• Leadership experience in home care operations, agency administration, or branch management
• Experience overseeing billing, staffing, scheduling, office management, and daily operations
• Strong team leadership, communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of private duty home care regulations and operational best practices
• Nursing or clinical background preferred, but not required
• Experience with AxisCare or similar home care software preferred
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Sarasota, FloridaCompensation and Benefits• $125,000–$130,000, based on experience
