Responsibilities You’ll lead and execute the regional growth strategy for Program and Construction Management services supporting transit and major transportation infrastructure. You’ll serve as the firm’s executive client lead for key Northern California transit agencies and municipal clients. You’ll identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including overseeing capture planning, pursuit strategy, teaming, and executive‑level interviews. You’ll strengthen and expand relationships with public‑sector owners, decision‑makers, and industry partners, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor. You’ll provide executive oversight of major programs to ensure excellence in schedule, cost, risk management, constructability, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams while developing future leaders within the organization. You’ll collaborate with firm leadership to align regional initiatives with enterprise‑wide strategic objectives. You’ll represent the firm externally through industry leadership, participation in professional organizations, and engagement in regional forums. Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center with occasional in‑person collaboration. Compensation $200,000 - $300,000 a year Requirements Minimum 20 years of experience in program management, construction management, or major infrastructure delivery, focusing on transit and public‑sector projects.
