Fertility Care Navigator | Patient Support & Coordination

Pinnacle Fertility is hiring a Fertility Patient Care Navigator in Westerville, OH. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with one weekend per month and holiday rotation. You will guide patients through care plans, educate on procedures and insurance, and coordinate tests and referrals.
