Key responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from brokerage clients and provide exceptional support

Assist with account inquiries, cash management services, online banking tools, and mobile app support

Research and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency

Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of service

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

? Customer service or contact center experience preferred

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills

? Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

? Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

? Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset

? Interest in financial services, banking, or brokerage support
