What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Creative Excellence: Lead creative development and provide hands-on creative feedback to elevate campaign quality, ensuring compelling, distinctive work that truly stands out.
• Hybrid Campaign Management: Master the entire campaign process while actively contributing to innovative creative solutions-from shaping copy and ideating concepts to solving complex creative challenges.
• Subscription Growth: Spearhead campaigns designed to seamlessly convert users from free usage to paid AI subscriptions, directly competing and excelling within the dynamic AI subscription services market.
• Cross-Product Marketing: Strategically market the broader company ecosystem, showcasing the interconnected value of its diverse offerings.
• Agency & Freelancer Management: Provide strategic direction and detailed creative feedback to external creative partners, ensuring alignment with brand vision and campaign objectives.
• Creative Brief Development: Expertly shape and develop robust creative briefs that serve as the foundation for compelling and impactful campaign development.

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 9 years in dynamic marketing and campaign management roles.
• Tech Industry Acumen: Proven client-side experience within fast-moving technology companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique demands of the tech environment.
• Robust Creative Background: A strong history in creative roles, either through agency experience or client-side positions where you consistently provided active creative feedback and contributed to development.
• Consumer-Centric Marketing: Indispensable experience in Consumer (B2C) marketing; B2B experience alone will not be sufficient for this role.
• Proven Campaign Success: A compelling portfolio or links to campaigns you have successfully launched and shipped.

Even Better If You Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Subscription experience.
• AI industry knowledge.
• Both agency and client-side experience.
• Brand experience at creative-forward companies.
