As Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full accounting function, including supervision of AP and AR, month-end close, and managing multiple P&Ls and balance sheets. You'll also serve as the point of contact for benefits providers and help drive process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial reporting across multiple entities
2. Manage month-end close and reconciliation processes
3. Oversee AP and AR operations
4. Coordinate with benefits and insurance providers
5. Support a small, collaborative team
6. Ensure timely, accurate financial documentation and compliance

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally supervisory responsibility
3. Manufacturing background
4. Standard cost accounting experience preferred

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
