Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time
Schedule: Thursday start 12am-6am, Thursday 6pm-6am, Friday start 6pm-6am, Saturday start 6pm-6am

About the Role:

Integrity Trade Services is hiring experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily production operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and various material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate packing machinery and ensure inbound and outbound shipping schedules are met.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and designated storage areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, inspect, and load products according to company standards.
• Move, stack, and organize materials stored on pallets, crates, or shelving systems.
• Follow inventory control procedures and storage instructions.
• Complete required paperwork, production records, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards at all times.
• Report safety hazards, quality concerns, and production issues immediately.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of forklift operating experience required.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• OSHA Forklift Certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repetitive work processes.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Capable of taking direction from multiple supervisors.
