Part-Time IT Help Desk Specialist (Level 1)

Parkland Health in Dallas seeks a part-time IT Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1/1.5 support by phone for clinical and business end-users, addressing connectivity, telephony, software, hardware, peripherals, and smart devices. The candidate should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred or CompTIA certs), plus three years of IT help desk or service desk experience and familiarity with ticketing systems.
