Overview The Hourly Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all hourly positions within the organization’s manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring hourly production, warehouse, and distribution associates across multiple shifts and locations. The position also plans and executes hiring events and manages social media recruitment marketing efforts to attract and engage hourly candidates. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, and distribution positions across all shifts Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, community organizations, staffing agencies, and direct outreach Screen applications, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and extend offers in a timely manner Partner with hiring managers, production supervisors, and shift leads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and new hire retention Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Hiring Events Plan, organize, and execute on-site and off-site hiring events including job fairs, open houses, walk-in interview days, and community career events Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, signage, applications, interview scheduling, and facility tours Develop relationships with local workforce development agencies, community colleges, vocational/trade schools, veterans’ organizations, and re-entry programs Track hiring event attendance, interviews conducted, offers extended, and hires made Represent the organization professionally at all external recruitment events Social Media Recruitment Marketing Develop and maintain a social media recruitment presence across relevant platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Create and post recruitment-related content including job openings, employee features, facility highlights, and hiring event promotions Write clear and accurate job postings tailored to hourly candidate audiences Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely manner Stay informed on current recruitment marketing trends and best practices for hourly talent acquisition Manage employer brand presence on job review sites such as Glassdoor and Indeed Qualifications and Requirements 3+ years of experience in high-volume hourly recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or a similar production environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and fill positions within established timelines Experience planning and executing hiring events with measurable results Familiarity with social media platforms and experience creating recruitment-related content Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools (Indeed, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position is based on-site at the organization’s manufacturing and/or distribution facility Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and move between office and production/warehouse areas Occasionally required to lift and carry materials related to hiring event setup weighing up to May be exposed to manufacturing/warehouse environments including varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment while conducting facility tours or floor visits Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support hiring events as needed Travel between company facilities may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
