Job Description Olsson is seeking a Project Surveyor to join our Survey team in Missouri. This role is ideal for a newly licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who is ready to take the next step in their career by applying their technical expertise, expanding their project responsibilities, and growing their leadership skills. As a Project Surveyor, you'll support a variety of surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, construction, and land development surveys. You'll work closely with survey crews, technicians, project managers, and clients to help deliver accurate, high-quality survey data that supports successful project outcomes. In this role, you will: * Coordinate and perform survey project work from planning through completion. * Review survey data, calculations, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy and quality. * Research deeds, plats, easements, survey records, and other documents supporting survey projects. * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, field staff, and clients to meet project goals. * Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, scope development, and proposal preparation. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to survey technicians and field personnel. * Support field operations and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. * Contribute to maintaining organized project records, survey files, and documentation. You bring to the team: * Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in Missouri required. * A minimum of eight years of surveying experience, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction, platting, and/or right-of-way surveys. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams. * Associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred. * Valid driver's license with a good driving record. #LI-DNP Additional Information Olsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
