EHS Manager

Responsibilities The EHS Manager will lead and manage all site EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to process safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and occupational health. Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, including hazard analysis (PHA/HAZOP), management of change (MOC), and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with air, water, and waste permitting requirements, including Title V, RCRA, and wastewater discharge regulations. Drive a strong safety culture through leadership, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action tracking. Relocation provided. Qualifications The EHS Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field required. 8+ years of EHS experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or refinery environment required. Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA regulations, RCRA, Clean Air Act, and Clean Water Act. Experience with hazardous area classifications and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ANSI). Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred. Demonstrated experience leading audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance programs. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
