Meet individual monthly sales goals to contribute to team success. Build and expand a professional network to self‑generate business. Qualifications We Value Active, approved STATE NMLS license. Detail‑oriented with thoughtful decision‑making skills. Maintain all mortgage licenses with mandatory annual continuing education. Working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines. Proficiency in Encompass and other technical systems. Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues.
