About the Team The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) organization is committed to fueling the courageous entrepreneurial spirit that's at the heart of America's business owners. We offer financial products and services for small business owners through corporate clients, with the goal to pave the path for them to do more business. We’ve built an organization that is focused on listening to and learning from the millions of customers we serve to make sure our products, services, and experiences work as hard as they do. We're looking for a Product leader with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
