Responsibilities Rockford Center is searching for an experienced Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper/Floor Tech for a full-time position from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Rockford is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland. Responsibilities Clean floors in-patient and non-patient areas using proper supplies and equipment Maintain facility and furnishings in clean, orderly fashion, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing and carpet cleaning. Move furniture when necessary. Qualifications Requirements High School Diploma/GED Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital setting required Two (2) years of related experience, with knowledge of hospital cleaning and floor care.
