We're looking for a Management Supervisor to help lead the day to day relationship and IAT for a premium financial services brand. This role sits at the center of brand evolution, integrated campaign development, and client leadership. You'll partner with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional agency teams to bring a new brand platform to life, lead integrated marketing initiatives, and help simplify complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant client interaction and opportunities to shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and production of integrated brand campaigns from strategy through execution. Partner with strategy, analytics, creative, research, design, and production teams to deliver impactful marketing programs. Help translate complex business challenges, audience insights, and data into clear strategic recommendations. Drive client and executive stakeholder alignment through presentations, recommendations, and sell-in efforts. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) model. Provide oversight of ongoing brand development initiatives, including campaign launches and design updates. Manage and mentor account team members while fostering collaboration and high-quality client service. Support marketing efforts across consumer, private wealth, ultra-high-net-worth, and B2B audiences.

Qualifications

Proven account leadership experience (8+ years) within a creative advertising agency environment. Strong brand strategy and integrated campaign development expertise, B2C and B2B Experience managing complex client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
