Full-Time Receptionist

Koeppel Subaru is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Long Island City, NY. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with team members to support daily dealership operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with phone systems and office software (e.g., MS Office)
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
