ServiceNow Developer

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications. This role requires strong technical acumen and effective collaboration in an Agile development environment. Key Responsibilities Implement client-side and server-side configurations, including business rules, UI policies, and scripted REST APIs. Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting Finance and Source-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice routing, and approval workflows. Design and implement workflows using ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM product suites and Flow Designer. Execute technical solutions defined by architects and process engineers while minimizing technical debt. Deliver update sets and support release management aligned with Agile methodologies. Develop and maintain ServiceNow AppEngine applications, Workspaces, and Dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation tasks and ensure project alignment. Conduct ServiceNow upgrades, patching, regression testing, and remediation. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
