About the Role

The Company is in search of an experienced President & General Manager to spearhead the growth and operations of an expanding open-access fiber network in the Memphis market. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the overall market performance, including P&L, commercial growth, capital deployment, and customer experience. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and executing the market's commercial strategy, providing executive oversight of fiber construction and network operations, and building strong relationships with local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, broadband, infrastructure, or technology, with a proven track record in operational leadership and a commercial mindset. Applicants for the President & General Manager position at the company should possess a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in a related industry, with a focus on full P&L responsibility and significant revenue and capital budgets. Strong commercial acumen, experience in driving revenue growth, and a background in overseeing fiber infrastructure or major capital programs are essential. The role also requires executive-level leadership, communication, financial, and organizational skills, as well as a preference for experience with open-access fiber, FTTH, municipal broadband, and strong relationships in the Memphis area. The successful candidate will be expected to lead a cross-functional team, serve as the primary liaison with corporate leadership, and present market performance and growth initiatives to the Board.
