Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to help shape and bring our client's brand to life across every consumer touchpoint. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in visual design who can independently develop and execute high-quality creative within a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing compelling creative across digital, retail, social media, print, packaging, email, presentations, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, Communications, and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and creative briefs into engaging visual solutions that strengthen brand consistency and drive consumer engagement.

The Graphic Designer contributes throughout the full creative process-from concept development and visual

exploration through production and final delivery. This role develops original design concepts, owns assigned creative

projects, produces production-ready assets, contributes to campaign development, maintains brand standards, and

ensures high-quality execution across consumer-facing materials. This position requires strong design judgment,

exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple creative projects

while collaborating effectively across teams.

Skills and Requirements

? 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience within an in-house creative team, agency, or equivalent

environment.

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Demonstrated ability to independently take design projects from brief and concept development through

production and final delivery.

? Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, high-quality work across digital, print, retail, packaging, and brand

design.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.

? Proficiency or strong working knowledge of Figma, with familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other

motion graphics and video editing tools preferred.

? Comfortable incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into daily creative workflows to improve efficiency,

accelerate ideation, support production, and enhance creative execution while maintaining high standards of

originality, quality, and brand consistency. Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or

similar platforms is preferred.

? Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, branding systems, visual hierarchy, and

production best practices.

? Understanding of print production, PR box design, file preparation, and digital asset optimization.

? Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.

? Strong eye for contemporary design, visual storytelling, and emerging creative trends with the ability to execute

work that feels elevated, premium, and culturally relevant.

? Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.

? Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills with openness to creative feedback.

? Self-motivated with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

? Managed print design projects from concept through final production, including experience working with dielines, bleeds, color profiles, and other print-ready file requirements.
