Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose patient needs, utilizing standardized tools and best practices in the field.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure telehealth platforms, tailoring approaches to each client's unique situation, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, regularly participating in team meetings to discuss patient cases and improvements in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
