Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges and needs.

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for each session to meet regulatory standards and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily include individuals facing low-acuity mental health challenges who are seeking support through a reliable and accessible online platform. This role is integral in helping clients develop coping strategies and promote emotional well-being through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with a clean disciplinary record.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting virtual therapy sessions and utilizing telehealth technologies.
