Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Contract Recruiter (Long-Term Temporary) to join a company in Irvine, CA. Schedule: HYBRID: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Pay: $60- $65/ hour Irvine, CA (Near Irvine Spectrum) Long-Term Contract Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Handle 15- 30 open recs at a time. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas. Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JazzHR. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support recruiting efforts across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, Finance, and other professional-level positions. Qualifications Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Why Join?
