Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services to customers clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.
• Check in internal vehicles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with automotive service software and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a service advisor is a plus.
