Senior Admin Assistant (Academic Affairs)

Administrative Assistant
Assists with the administrative functions of the Academic Affairs department. Performs varied tasks to support department management requiring considerable judgment in problem solving and extensive knowledge of departmental and institutional policies and procedures. Continually works to ensure the smooth operation and workflow of the department. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner. Handles time sensitive and confidential information. Works fluidly with multiple individuals, and can multitask and prioritize effectively.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience
3 years experience in a related administrative capacity Required 1 year experience in a healthcare or research setting Required General Experience managing website content and webpage maintenance Preferred
