You’ll be: Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries and order requests, reporting to the Sales Coordinator Manager or Sales Coordinator Supervisor. Processing all aspects of customer orders from inception to invoicing while managing customer price files and ensuring adherence to standard procedures. Communicating scheduling changes and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to address potential shortages and expedite orders as necessary. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold an Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales with a minimum of two (2) years of sales and customer service/coordination experience in the automotive industry. Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience working on MRP systems and customer portals. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
