Business Development Representative

### The Role

We're looking for a confident, outgoing Business Development Representative who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and finding ways to open doors.

You'll be reaching out to potential clients, answering questions, and helping interested people get onboarded. We don't wait for open doors. We knock.

### Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and social media
* Start genuine conversations with people who may be a good fit
* Introduce Toka and explain what we do clearly and honestly
* Follow up and keep conversations moving
* Help interested clients through the onboarding process
* Build relationships instead of sending generic, spammy messages
* Represent Toka professionally when communicating with US-based clients

### Requirements

* Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
* Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
* Takes initiative instead of waiting for leads
* Persistent without being pushy
* Comfortable reaching out cold
* Good follow-up and organisation skills
* Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or outreach is a plus
