- Process and code invoices with proper approvals
- Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wires)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Maintain organized AP records and support audits
- Assist with monthend close, including AP aging and accruals
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues
- 1-3 years AP or accounting experience
- Knowledge of invoice processing and basic accounting principles with proficiency with accounting software such as Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills
