Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN/LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing basic medical procedures, and monitoring patient health. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare and disease prevention
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LVN/LPN license in the state in which you practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and basic medical procedures
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
