What You Can Expect The Warehouse Clerk's primary responsibility will be to pick, pack and ship finished goods to customers in warehouse environment for upcoming surgeries. How You'll Create Impact Performs work functions to assist department management in accomplishing daily goals, including but not limited to, the picking of Finished Goods, packing of Finished Goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, maintaining a clean, orderly (5S), and safe work environment, and meeting daily shipping requirements, by properly following department OP's and company guidelines. Must be able to understand and perform the functions and procedures pertaining to the efficient operation of warehousing. Must be able to train and direct other personnel in their duties, both clerical and physical. Must maintain good housekeeping in all warehouse areas. Will occasionally perform warehouse driver duties as a multi-faceted function of this role; will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations. Must have an awareness of storage conditions necessary to protect material from damage or deterioration. Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds consistently. Works well in team environment while presenting a positive attitude contributing to a great team atmosphere. Can move at a fast pace while multi-tasking when needed. Can handle more than one task at a time and be accurate. Able to follow directions closely and complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent is required. An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license is required.
