Healthcare Business Analyst

This is an Onsite Position at location Tallahassee, FL from Day 1 . Please do apply only if you meet the Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education). Minimum 3 years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, software process evaluation, and process improvement. Minimum 3 years of experience participating in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex IT systems. Minimum 3 years of experience creating project documentation, reports, and presentations. Minimum 3 years of experience assisting with application testing and implementation. Minimum 2 years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and onboarding multiple EMR systems. Minimum 2 years of experience with Early Intervention Data Systems . Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Coordinate EMR onboarding, technical validation, and certification activities. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with EMR users. Develop comprehensive user guides and onboarding documentation. Provide post-implementation support for the Early Steps Data System. Execute test scenarios, document defects, and support issue resolution. Conduct weekly status meetings with EMR users and project stakeholders. Maintain onboarding status trackers, communication logs, and project documentation. Review project deliverables for accuracy and quality. Update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Deliverables). Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates. Ensure compliance with all Department data security and confidentiality policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
