Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure in one or more of the following: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Physical Therapy (PT)
• Previous pediatric or school-based therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide interventions for students with diverse needs
• Support students in achieving their individual educational and functional goals
• Participate in IEP meetings by providing expertise, evaluations, reports, and progress updates
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and carryover of therapy strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Adjust interventions based on student progress and team input
