Quality Inspector

Are you a detail-driven quality professional who wants to do more than check boxes? At Paragon, our Quality Inspectors work on precision components for some of the most demanding programs in aerospace and defense — the kind of work where your eye for accuracy genuinely matters. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a mid-level Quality Inspector to join a collaborative team that takes pride in getting it right. What you’ll do: Operate CMM equipment, Romer Arm, and laser tracker to perform in-process, final, first article, and incoming inspections Interpret complex engineering drawings including GD&T Document inspection results and work closely with project teams to resolve non-conformances Contribute to our AS9100-certified quality management system and a culture of continuous improvement What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment (aerospace or defense experience strongly preferred) Proficiency with GD&T and precision measurement equipment PC-DMIS and/or PolyWorks experience preferred Strong communicator who can work across teams A two-year degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent hands-on experience will be considered Why Paragon: We work on interesting, technically challenging programs — and we invest in the people doing that work.
