Quality Inspector - 2nd shift - $17/hr

Staffing Inc is currently seeking Quality Inspectors to join our team! In this role, you’ll inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer quality and appearance standards. You’ll identify defects, document findings, and help ensure only quality products move forward for shipment.

What You’ll Do

• Visually inspect painted/manufactured products for defects
• Determine whether products meet customer specifications and appearance standards
• Identify, document, and remove defective products
• Measure and evaluate defects using quality tools
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Report quality issues and non-conformances
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Communicate with production and quality teams regarding defects or process concerns
• Help support production of defect-free products
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or quality experience preferred
• Experience inspecting painted products preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Comfortable documenting information and working with data
• Ability to use basic measuring/quality inspection tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or Plex is a plus
• Must be able to pass Farnsworth Color Testing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Regular computer use
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
