Full Time Automotive Repair Sales Manager
Master Techs Auto Repair has a great position for an experienced service manager with at least 10 plus years of experience. Master Techs is a 16-year, successful, trusted, family-owned and operated repair shop that works on classic cars to the latest models. This established repair facility offers the best to its customers and employees.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Review pricing estimates with customers and explains repairs and times.
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians timely.
- Deliver and review pricing estimates with customers.
- Open and close store.
- Follow up, follow-through, follow back all online appts and quotes.
- Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of shop and shop equipment.
- Maintain inventory counts.
- Keep organized POs, returns, and core credits.
- Maintain Showroom to be clean and tidy.
- Possible other duties depending on need and pay.
