Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, individualized care through effective partnerships with patients and families. Coordinate and document care, promote teamwork, and participate in performance improvement activities. Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency. Advance evidence-based practice, adhere to policies, and engage in research and quality initiatives. Plan resource usage efficiently and develop protocols to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Valid RN license (single state and multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including instructor or provisional status. Less than one year of clinical experience required; prior patient care experience preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
