Senior Paid Social Manager

Montgomery Code is hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager to grow client revenue through digital ad platforms. Our clients are companies that are ready to grow: manufacturers, SaaS teams, and ecommerce brands that make their own products, invested in scaling and expecting return on every dollar of spend. The work spans direct-response Meta campaigns and long-cycle B2B LinkedIn demand generation, so you need to be fluent in both worlds. This is an ownership role: you run the paid program end to end and report directly to the Founder. The bar here is high on every deliverable, from messaging to creative design and campaign organization hygiene. Exceptional paid media management here takes both sides of the brain: the analytics to prove what works and the creative eye to know why. You connect ad spend to revenue, pipeline, and ROAS, and you deliver client brands to niche audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive client growth across paid channels, primarily Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, owning structure, targeting, budgets, pacing, and optimization Manage a portfolio of client accounts totaling more than $2M in combined annual spend, each with its own growth targets and scaling plans Own client communication for paid performance: priorities, results, insights, and recommendations tied to revenue and pipeline Build and manage testing roadmaps across audiences, creative angles, formats, placements, and landing page hypotheses, designed to compound performance over time Build performance dashboards with Claude Code, connecting ad platform and analytics APIs, tailored to client growth goals and internal decision-making Build and maintain Claude knowledge bases so client context, learnings, and performance history scale across the team Own weekly and monthly reporting rhythms, including narrative summaries: what changed, what we learned, and what we are testing next Develop full-funnel audience strategies for prospecting and retargeting, aligned to funnel stage, offer, and sales cycle Collaborate with writers, photographers, designers, and the Creative Director to develop clear briefs, plan iteration cycles, and translate performance insights into stronger creative Monitor spend and performance trends daily, and catch issues before clients do Maintain clean account hygiene including naming conventions, campaign documentation, and repeatable processes Collaborate with teammates on conversion tracking needs, including pixel events, UTMs, and lead quality feedback loops, so growth is measured on revenue and qualified leads, not platform metrics

Client accounts grow: revenue, ROAS, and qualified pipeline improve week over week Clients bring their growth questions to you first, and your reporting drives confident scaling decisions Your reporting, dashboards, and creative briefs are client-ready the first time You run your accounts independently: strategy, execution, and client communication move without waiting on direction Some briefs land crystal clear, others vague, and you go find the answer either way You iterate in the open, trading briefs, feedback, and performance insights with teammates so every round of creative gets stronger Creative testing follows a roadmap, and every test produces a learning that compounds into stronger performance Dashboards are accurate, automated, and answer client questions before they're asked Accounts are organized and scalable so the team can move quickly while staying consistent, accurate, and proactive

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years in paid social or performance marketing, with hands‑on ownership of growth outcomes Strong experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads budgets, optimization, and reporting Hands‑on Claude experience, including building knowledge bases and using Claude Code for dashboards and reporting workflowsGenuine interest in technical products and the people who build them (if this isn't you, please don't apply) Proactive and resourceful: you chase down the tracking gap, the client answer, or the missing asset without being asked Precise: senior enough to work independently and ship client-ready work with minimal revision You read performance data and turn it into creative and audience decisions, and your portfolio shows it Strong creative judgment: you understand the design trends, patterns, and qualitative properties that drive performance, and you can look at an ad and say, this is a high performer, and here is why Confident leading strategy discussions with clients and creatives alike Comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment, moving between gear manufacturers, SaaS teams, and ecommerce brands in the same day

LOCATION, PTO, BENEFITS, SALARY

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility earned) Benefits: Annual bonus eligibility and 401k match. Health benefits are not offered at this time. Salary: $65k - $85k, based on skills and experience Reports to: Founder/Principal
