Elevator Inspector II — Field Safety, Flexible Hours

The Maryland Department of Labor is seeking an Elevator Inspector II to protect the public by inspecting elevator installations and operations in Maryland, following the Annotated Code of Maryland, COMAR, and manufacturer criteria. Responsibilities include conducting inspections across the state, investigating incidents, training junior inspectors, and maintaining regulatory documentation.
