Scrum Master/ Team Coach

Senior Scrum Master / Team CoachAs a key Agile leader within a large-scale SAFe environment, the Senior Scrum Master / Team Coach will serve as both a servant leader and agile mentor to Agile Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role is instrumental in promoting Agile maturity, facilitating team-level and ART-level ceremonies, coaching on Lean-Agile best practices, and removing impediments to drive business value. Strong experience with the Atlassian suite—especially Jira Align—is critical, and candidates must hold a SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, people-focused, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and agile transformation at scale.Responsibilities:Coach and mentor Agile Teams to improve maturity, performance, and delivery capabilitiesFacilitate all Agile ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily StandupsPrepare teams for and lead participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning eventsDrive adoption and best practices of Jira Align and the broader Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam)Champion Built-in Quality practices such as BDD, automated testing, and technical excellenceGuide teams on Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based delivery practicesPartner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure alignment with business valueFoster transparency by ensuring team dashboards, metrics, and radiators are up-to-dateMeasure and optimize team flow, competency development, and outcome metrics (OKRs)Promote a culture of trust, psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous learningSupport cross-team collaboration and whole-product solution developmentRepresent the team in ART-level events and synchronize deliverables across dependenciesCoach business and technical stakeholders on Agile mindset and value deliveryActively engage in Communities of Practice and enterprise-wide SAFe transformation effortsEncourage T-shaped skill development and innovation during the Innovation and Planning (IP) iterationRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in large enterprise settingsSAFe 6.
