SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach

Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Coach teams on Kanban principles, metrics, and practices to improve flow efficiency and team maturity.Facilitate team-level Kanban events such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, queue replenishment, and retrospectives.Serve as a servant leader, supporting the team's emotional intelligence, collaboration, and self-organization.Promote continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, coaching on metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, CFD), and encouraging data-informed decisions.Foster alignment between team-level practices and program-level SAFe objectives.Facilitate coordination of ART events and support the team's participation in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops.Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to establish effective flow policies, WIP limits, and Kanban board practices.Guide teams in identifying and resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies.Mentor teams transitioning from Scrum to Kanban, supporting a culture of continuous learning and relentless improvement.Champion lean-agile values, SAFe 6.0 practices, and team empowerment throughout the ART.
