Job Summary

As the Front of House Manager, you will lead daily guest-facing operations in a high-volume corporate dining environment. You'll be the face of the operation, leading and developing the front-of-house team while ensuring a welcoming, polished, and exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who enjoys being visible on the floor, engaging with guests, coaching a team, and making sure every detail of the operation runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors.

• Oversee daily café, retail, and guest service operations.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional dining environment.

• Monitor service standards, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.

• Manage POS operations, cash handling, and retail merchandising.

• Partner with culinary and catering teams to ensure seamless service execution.

• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Address guest concerns quickly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company, food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, catering, restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional presence with the ability to confidently interact with clients and guests.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with POS systems and cash management preferred.

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on your feet for approximately 70% of each shift .

• Ability to regularly walk the dining space and actively support service operations.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
