You will serve as a leader, coach, problem-solver, and resource for our technicians and customers.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and oversee the performance of the plumbing department and field team.Ensure plumbing work is performed up to code standards.Provide daily support to Plumbing Technicians through phone assistance, coaching, and on-site support.Ensure technicians have the resources, training, tools, and direction needed to be successful.Partner closely with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Operations, and other departments to ensure customers receive timely and professional service.Handle escalated customer concerns and work toward effective, long-term resolutions.Monitor department performance and establish goals designed to increase revenue, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.Forecast department performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Coach, mentor, and develop technicians through consistent feedback, encouragement, accountability, and professional development.Conduct regular one-on-one coaching conversations with team members.Plan and lead weekly technician meetings with engaging, relevant, and positive content.Ensure safety expectations are consistently communicated and followed through coaching, meetings, and training.Help develop and implement processes that improve installation quality, efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.Promote a positive team culture where employees understand and live the company's core values.Recognize outstanding performance while addressing performance issues quickly and professionally.Help identify opportunities to improve technician productivity, workmanship, communication, and overall customer experience.Maintain a professional appearance and represent Apex Pros with a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
