Provide valuable education to patients and their families to encourage progress in real-world settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with peers to stay updated on advancements within the speech-language pathology field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expert in evidence-driven treatment methods across all age groups with a strong foundation in both developmental and acquired communication, speech, and swallowing disorders.
