Assess patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using standardized assessments alongside observational techniques.

Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate goals and long-term needs regarding communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver individual speech therapy interventions that focus on various aspects including communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work in collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise unified care strategies.

Provide educational resources to patients and families to support progress beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure continuity throughout the treatment process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and professional collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institute.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment strategies for all age groups, supported by a strong grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Capability to modify therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
