As our Care Manager, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our Atlanta franchise. Youll take ownership of the full care experience from the first intake call through ongoing quality assurance and regulatory compliance while leading and supporting a team of dedicated caregivers. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly shapes the organization. What Youll Do
Lead and oversee client care from intake through service delivery
Ensure high standards of clinical quality and client satisfaction
Hire, supervise, mentor, and develop caregiving staff
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care
Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practices in home care What Were Looking For
RN preferred; LPN considered
Active Georgia nursing license required
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Passion for relationship-centered, whole-person care
