Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant to support our Pool Division with inventory, materials, purchasing, and daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and distribute materials and equipment.
Prepare materials for construction and service jobs.
Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication.
Track inventory and identify low-stock items.
Verify deliveries and packing slips.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items.
Help load and unload materials as needed.
Qualifications
Warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or construction experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Full-time position with opportunities to grow within our Pool Division.
