Full-Time | Onsite or Hybrid/Remote
Citizen Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
2+ years of related experience (Purchasing Agent)
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer interface skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
Partner with requestors to understand procurement needs and requirements
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Reconcile procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
