We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of an established general contractor seeking a Construction Procurement Specialist. This role will coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of construction materials, equipment, and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships. The successful candidate will help control costs, prevent delivery delays, and support the efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Obtain quotes and negotiate competitive supplier terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve pricing or delivery issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction materials and supplier processes.
• Strong negotiation and cost-comparison skills.
• Proficiency with purchasing systems and Microsoft Excel.
