Job Responsibilities As a Client Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, represent the LouisVuitton brand, achieve sales objectives, master product knowledge, leverage clienteling tools, and collaborate with your team to create a positive store environment. Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences. Brand Ambassador: Represent the LouisVuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building. Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients. Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow‑up and engagement. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment. Profile The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience in a high‑end or luxury market, a strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, a passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base, a willingness to learn and continuously improve, forward‑thinking creativity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
