Lighting Sales Representative

The Lighting Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales efforts across the state by assisting residential customers with outdoor lighting solutions. This role involves customer satisfaction, pricing and contracting, engineering support, and coordination with back office teams to ensure seamless service delivery for LED lighting installations. Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential customers interested in LED light installations and billing arrangements.
• Design installation plans including placement of lights, poles, wiring, and associated facilities.
• Utilize the JETS program to estimate and order necessary materials.
• Prepare lighting agreements within the LAMP system.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, materials, and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer requests related to outdoor lighting.
• Demonstrate company values of trust, superior performance, and commitment consistently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field highly preferred.
• Experience in customer service or power delivery environments preferred.
• Proven sales skills, account management, and ally development experience.
• Knowledge of outdoor lighting products, rates, and contracts.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to compliance.

• Experience with engineering or back office support functions.
• Familiarity with company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and within a team.
